What I checked
On 24 October 2026 I called the public Games API for universe 10765841403 and read the description myself. It still said version 1.6, 37 items, and VC-only servers. The review snapshot at 2026-10-24T06:58:05Z recorded 5,152 playing, 6,053,128 visits and 72,413 favorites. I also opened the 16 October Wayback copy, which still says 31 items and names four maps. I have not played a live round; the shop prices below come from a public video I paused, not from my own cash balance.
What the match actually is
The official description is short on purpose. You have minutes to steal loot. Something hunts you the whole time. Rarer items pay more and slow you down. Hiding places named in that text are closets, vents, and barricaded doors. The same paragraph says the entity hears footsteps and hears your voice.
A second path is in the same description: play as the entity and hunt other players. That only happens on entity-player rounds, which the in-game shop states in plain text. Lobby voting covers the map and whether the entity is AI or a player.
People also search this as “steel or die”. That spelling is this same Roblox experience, not a different game.
Version 1.6 versus the 16 October archive
The live description on 24 October 2026 is version 1.6 and counts 37 items. The Wayback snapshot from 16 October (the page then titled around v1.45) counts 31 items and lists four maps by name: Facility, Office, American Dorm, and Supermarket. It also names four entities but only spells out The Locust and The Hollow, plus skill trees, 10 rebirths, cases, skins, emotes, trading, and three rare events.
I am not calling the older number a mistake. It is an older version. The stated total increased by six; that arithmetic does not identify six specific additions to a verified catalog.
Where to start
New players should read the beginner loop before they chase a gold bar. The supermarket page is the map with the most specific public footage. Entity pages separate what the shop card says from what nobody has filmed.

The 16 October v1.45 archive says 31; the checked v1.6 description says 37. They are dated version totals, not two complete item catalogs.
