Names are official. Difficulty is not.
Four maps, not three
The v1.45 description lists four maps by name: Facility, Office, American Dorm, and Supermarket. The same text says Facility and Office received expansions, so older room guides can be stale. There is no official difficulty ranking and no published vote weight.

What I checked
I used Con_Classickid’s 19 October 2026 tour as a table of contents: supermarket at the start, office around 4:12, American dorm around 8:19, facility around 10:27. That chapter list is why I believe all four were in a public build that week. I still will not rank them “officially easy”. Players call the dorm the one with more than one exit, and the facility server room the place people die. Those are community descriptions, not verified difficulty or exit-count measurements.
What each map is for
Supermarket: sales floor plus a back room. Best documented layout, still no aisle map. Office: two floors in community notes, stairs as a choke, upstairs described as richer. American Dorm: community notes describe two floors and a second-exit claim; no complete current exit count was verified. Facility: institutional halls and a server room tied to encrypted drives.

A first-map suggestion, labeled as opinion
If you want more than one way out, start with the dorm footage and confirm the second exit is still there after the October expansions. If you want the clearest room descriptions we have, start with the supermarket page. Facility is a poor first map if the server room is still the death pile players describe.

Are there only three maps?
No. The archive sentence includes Supermarket as the fourth.
Did the expansions change the routes?
The description says Facility and Office were expanded before 16 October 2026. Room-by-room guides from before that date are suspects.
Can I choose the map?
The lobby votes on the map. The weight of each vote is not published.
