Scripts are a bad trade
Roblox’s help center says exploiting or cheating violates the Terms of Use and can delete an account. It also says many exploits are scams that install keyloggers or phishing tools, including ones aimed at your Roblox password. This page does not host, link, or paste any script.

What I checked
Search results for “steal or die script” are full of executor sites. I did not open their downloads. I read the Roblox help article instead, then looked at what the game already sells. An energy drink is $100 in-game cash for a short speed burst. The carry meter stops at 15 kg. A skill-tree node for faster stamina recovery has been seen by players. Those are the only speed notes I am willing to print.
What the searches are asking for
ESP or “item esp” claims to draw loot through walls. A speed glitch or speed hack claims to outrun the entity. Auto-farm claims to extract without playing. Russian-language queries ask for the same tools under other words. All of them are asking for an exploit, not a setting.
What Roblox says happens
The help article is direct: exploiting is unfair, it breaks the terms, and it can lead to account deletion. The same article warns that the “script” is often the malware. I have no public ban case to quote for this specific experience, so I am not inventing one. The policy is the evidence.
Legal substitutes
Short speed: Energy Drink, $100 cash, works for the current round, gone if you drop it. Sustained speed: carry less than 15 kg and skip the microwave-class items. Stamina: the skill tree, if the recovery node is still there. Practice: the lobby basketball mentioned in the v1.45 text, not a hidden practice mode. There is no official practice mode.

Questions
Do you have a loadstring?
No. Pasting one here would be the thing the help article warns about.
Is a speed glitch a trick or a bug abuse?
If it only works by breaking movement, it is bug abuse. This page will not list the steps.
What about codes that promise cash?
See the codes page. A code that asks you to log in elsewhere or disable 2FA is a phishing page, not a reward.
